What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to give us, principally through our enquiry form. This may include:
- Your name and the organisation you represent
- Your role, email address and phone number
- Project details you provide (type, sector, estimated value, timeline and message)
We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to provide quotations and project information, and to manage our working relationship with you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example email and hosting providers), who act only on our instructions. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We may disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact us using the details above.
